i downloaded the torrent or mirror 1, wich said it would be english language, and the peoples i have currently met is speaking german, any helP

It's "an English version of the project with translated texts and German voice acting". There are English subtitles, you can enable them in the menu.

It is subs, but it said english language. is all of nerhim in german or is some in english voice?

There is no english voice acting in Nehrim, but all the spoken dialogues have english subtitles. Books, the menu and its entries, letters, etc. are translated into english as well.
