Thank you for the mod, Garnet! It's a very nice and cozy house - a perfect retreat when the Citadel of Shadows feels too dark and cold. Also, it's a gourmet's heaven . And I like the design of the alchemy lab!

(BTW how does the mod affect the Erothin Theater? Incompatibility is mentioned with mods that change the Theater.)

About Erothin Theater, I put a NPC there, only two hours in the evening and this don't change the place a lot. But if someone in another mod change this place a lot, especially where is my NPC, there will be conflicts. I hope this won't happen.
