Ok, so when you join up with Nord leader after you've freed Arantheal you are given the choice to with Arantheal or the Nord leader. I chose the Nord and together with his soldiers I liberated the castle. According to the wiki after some time when you have finished the MQ the castle will be restored but this hasn't happened in my game. I waited a couple of in-game days but nothing happens! Do you guys have a solution? I really want to see Darlan restored.

Hard question.
First check if you have the latest Quest stages in the Journal. You had to have a conversation with Taranor. Not sure, but I think that you find the castle restored after the next quest The Chancellor's Fate.
Or repeat the quest if you have an earlier save (there is not matter what side you chose)
Or use console "Set Stage MQ18 49"

Well I finished all the quests in the game. The castle is mine but I'll try your advice.

Alright, I tried but to no avail. Just so you know I finished the game entirely and Castle Darlan is mine but still Darlan( the village part outside the castle) is still ruined. I really if this a sad bug or I have to wait some more?

I don't think Darlan will be restored by waiting. As far as I remember, it will stay destroyed...

I never used Castle Darlan much... And the wiki says, it will get restored after you achieve it by Taranor.

That's the problem. It doesn't happen in my game.
