Hi. First thing, i'm sorry for my incorrept english.

Btw, i have a big problem with the "Nehrim installer", english version.
When I try to start the installer nothing started.
Nehrim.exe don't start and the game is impossibile to install.
How i can risolve that?

I have win vista 32bit, Oblivion correcty installed and update at the last version (no Shivering Island).
I have tried to start the exe with the "admin privileges", but it do the same thing.

I had this problem with other programs, too. Sometimes a simple restart helps. Otherwise you could check the task manager if the nehrim-installer is already running (and crashed), so it is blocking the installing process.
Another question: How long have you waited after starting the installer?. Due to the large size of the .exe, it needs some time to start, so you should wait at least for 1 minute. And if you start the installer a second or thrird time while the first one in still loading (assuming that you didn't clicked correctly), it delays even more.

The installer is finally started ( 15 minutes after) but I have another problem now, lol.

When i click on "New Game" nothing happen. I stay to the main menù of the game (New Game, Options ecc).
I have already actived Nehrim.esm and Nehrimdata.esp+mod for the fast travel+mod for the traslantion in italian language.
Oblivion.esm is correctly blunt

PS:I have 2 folders for the game. One in myname/Nehrim and other in Program Files/sureAI/Nehrim.

It's normal?This folder isn't the same, are different.

PPS:When I've update the game at the 1.1 versions it's give me a error. It's similiar a "Isn't not possibile replace Nehrim.exe".

All sub folders of "program files" are protected by windows, so you need administrator rights to write into these. That's why it is recommended to install nehrim to another (not protected) folder like c:\Nehrim or C:\users\*yourname*\Nehrim. The fact that there is a Nehrim folder in your user-profile confuses me, too
