Just a question.
Is it so planed that magic efficiency increasing with fatihue buffs over 100% or it is bug?
Asking because:
If it is compensation for lack of spellmaking, thus denying player spam magic weakness over and over(also I like to put fortify magicka 40 for 1 sec + absorb magicka 40 for 1 sec in every hostile spell) than all ok. But what if I buff fatigue increasing over and over and become some kind of deathstar?

(joking, for now i can not increase magic efficiency to infinity, may be not enough rank of spell, may be it is taken care of).
I am 16 level (rank III) but I think I already can devastate any level dungeon.

UPD yes and I forgot one thing. If it is not bug then I want formula.
UPD2 ah formula is: current_fatigue/base_fatigue. Still don't know is it bug or not. May be it is reason for including useless otherwise spells to increase fatigue. now it is like empower in l2, or may be scrpter mixed up GetAV and GetBaseAV.
I always like challenge in games, so when I meet such things I want to know is it bug or it is planed so. Actualy it is a good idea to leave it as it is. So if player want to be clearly wizard it may do not level strength, endurance, agility (but not willpower) to have less base fatigue and higher spell power, and so limits his warrior abilities. But such mage can be very devastating.
