With my 'Destruction" set and "Highway Thief" set, none of the partial set bonuses work. For example, 3-piece Destruction is supposed to give extra health, and 4-piece Destruction is supposed to give +3 Heavy Armor. I can see the listed bonuses in my active effects, but they don't make a difference in my character sheet.

I am running many mods in Nehrim, but none that should effect my character. For example, camera mod, hotkey mod, water mod, menu mod, etc. I was wondering if anybody else had problems with partial set bonuses not working.

I don't remember if the issue was patched in the previous game updates, but I do recall someone else also complaining about not all bonuses working.
