I was able to run Oblivion successfully on my Macbook pro through wineskin, however Nehrim when installed in a wrapper under the same settings as Oblivion ran under does not work. What I had done was to make a new wrapper with a clean oblivion install, then installed Nehrim as normal within that wrapper. As far as wineskin is concerned I tried with the following engines {WS7Wine1.3.20, WS7WineCXG9.1.0 and WS7WineCXG10.0.0} with wrapper version 2.3, all met the same fate. Hopefully I'm not the first person ever to have run Nehrim in this manner and there is some wisdom floating around that could help me and if you need more information I can supply it.

Hi, seems to be an error with Wine.

All the issues related to mine were of people using other versions of wine and reverting to previous builds. The oblivion launcher runs normally, it is only the Nehrim launcher that seeks the plugplay.exe file. I have located the file it is in a different directory than the one being searched in. Is there a way to change the Nehrim launcher so it looks in the proper directory? Because I am running a mac I cannot create a directory that matches what Nehrim is looking for.

When I changed Nehrim to use the Oblivion.exe within the Nehrim folder I was able to bypass the launcher and get the game to run but when I try to start a new game nothing happens.

That is because you can not set the data-files without the launcher. But you can try to set them manually.

C:\Documents and Settings\<User>\AppData\Local\Oblivion\Plugins.txt

The Plugins.txt file is what you need.

Then copy & paste this code into that file:
Or, maybe a lot easier, download the files i attached and copy them in your Nehrim directory.

As there is my ini-file attached you have to change your settings later in the game.

PS:
To change the window mode to fullscreen, open the Oblivion.ini file in your Nehrim directory and change the "bFull Screen=" value to 1

I got it to work, I replaced all the oblivion data in the wrapper with the Nehrim data and moved all the other nehrim files into the oblivion directory, then I opened Nehrim with the oblivion launcher.

I have two separate wrappers going, one with Oblivion installed and one with Nehrim.
