This has been a probelm for some time now, but even with the new update, I can't fix this.
After completing the Death Fairy section of the Wanted! questline, I turned in my bounty and received the 700 gold coins for a reward. However, the quest line is bugged and won't allow me to start the next bounty quest.
The Nehrim wiki tells me that the next Bounty quest is Kiril coaldust. Can anyone tell me what console code I must enter in order to advance past this bug to the next portion of this quest line?
Here are the codes for the last and next Wanted Quest with Kiril Coaldust:
SetStage NQWanted01 22
Message: For the Death Fairy's head I received 700 gold pieces.
SetStage NQWanted01 25
Message: The authorities want to see Kiril Coaldust dead. After murdering the charburner who lived north of the Shadow Song Mine, he is now dwelling in his victim's house together with his men. The reward is 300 gold coins.

Have you taken the reward for the Death Fairy with an earlier version of Nehrim, which did not have Kiril Coaldust yet?

Yes, it was with one of the 1.0.8 (EN) patches and I haven't problems with Bounty quests. I installed the 1.1.1.1 patch very late in the game after finish all Bounty quests except The Band of Berserkers.

With these console commands it should work:
Set NQWanted01.WantedState to 6
Set NQWanted01.JustOne to 1

Yeah, I played through the 1.0.6.6 patch. Was Kiril Coaldust was even in there?

I am having the excact same problem. I am running nehrim 1.2.0416 (english version), and neither of the console commands work. The console does not reply to the setstage one, but for the other one the console replies with wantedstage -> 6 and justone -> 1, but nothing happens the the game.

1.2.0416 is the Oblivion version, not the Nehrim version.
The console should not reply to the setstage command. You should instead see a quest popup when you close the console and wait 0-5 seconds.
