But to no avail, I can not reach the city center.

During the battle I could walk around normally.

Which battle, by the way? The one with Arantheal? If yes: we had someone reporting this bug. I think it was caused by a mod.

Rest
Nerrim Big Bears and Small Fox
Nehrim - New Rune Spells
Nehrim Grass Fix
Nehrim Improvment
Enhaced Hotkeys
Custom Autosave
Display Stats

If I get around the city center, the game does not close.

Having none of these mods, I don't know which of them causes the bug, but you could try running the game without ANY mods, and tell us whether the bug persists. If it does, then please upload your savegame and we will see what causes the problem.

I just realized that the problem is possibly the equipment.
I just get to wear an outfit that he closed the oblivion.
