Did you use some texture replacers for Oblivion? Did they alter the BSA files?
If that's the case, reinstall Oblivion, patch 1.2.0416 and Nehrim, patch 1.1.1.1. Sorry, nothing simpler works.

it was a clean install.

I could even solve the problem if descobrice what is the name of the texture that is missing.

the texture issues you are experiencing are related to your personal installation.

1. move your 'saves' folder to a safe location. (found in my documents/mygames/oblivion). do not save any other files from mygames/oblivion.
2. uninstall Oblivion and Nehrim. Delete all existing files/folders.
(delete Nehrim and Bethesda on C:\. also delete Oblivion folder in 'mydocuments/my games'.)
3. install oblivion to C:\Oblivion. installing to default 'program files' can cause problems.
4. Patch Oblivion to 1.2.0416.
5. Install Nehrim to C:\Nehrim.
6. Patch Nehrim to 1.1.1.1 (either through 'update' button on nehrimlauncher or download patch manually from SureAI)
7. In the nehrimlauncher click 'data files'. put a check next to nehrim.esm, nehrimdata.esp, and nehrimenglish.esp. click 'accept'.
8. Launch game to main menu once using nehrimlauncher. exit without starting 'new game'. now copy your old 'saves' folder to 'mydocuments/my games/oblivion. asked to replace click 'yes'.

you are now ready to play. i personally recommend always lunching game with the nehrimlauncher.
