I have come to the point where I am to be sent back to Sanctum but I get teleported to a place underwater, in cinema mode. I used the console to get my controls back and discovered I am somewhere back on the main Oblivion map. I was teleported back to plain Oblivion! Any ideas?

This means that you have Oblivion.esm active. You should not! Possibly this is due to some mod which depends on Oblivion.esm (in which case the mod is buggy).

I'm not sure which one as I haven't tested completely, but I removed and few and that worked. Thanks!
