I have reassigned the master to nehrim.esm, and there aren't any other references to obllivion.esm. but when i start my game it starts to initialize, then it does nothing. Any ideas?

This forum seems pretty dead to me. Have you already resolved the issue?

I have OBSE and the stutter remover on my install, I will try streamline and see what I get.

Streamline 3.1 doesn't work but 2.1 works fine with it's master changed. No INI just a cheap ring & none of the other flash tools with 3.1' but it does a really good job of keeping your frames stable Beebee
