I've just noticed that my will power has a -25 and my agility has a -2 I'm not being inflicted with any diseases and it's still there after taking cure disease potions.......help?

Try the Restoration Scrolls (don't know the exact name) that various alchemists sell.

What was causing the problem in the first place? How did my willpower get damaged so much without having any diseases?

Probably by means of self-made potions with damage effects.
