When you work with a teammate on a mission, such as with Kim or the guy who helps you in Escape, is there really any value of letting your companion get the experience from a kill? I don't intend to be mean to my companions, but I want all that XP for myself, even if it means getting an arrow shot in my back while I rush forward for the kill (even as a lightly armored mage) like a total bastard.
