I'm level 22 and have experience in excess of like 180,000 and the next level should have been like 15,000 or something. It won't level up anymore and I have no idea why

Is there any way to force a level up?

Not knowing what exactly goes wrong, no.

When I got to level 23, it said something like "You cannot improve on perfection, you have reached the maximum level and cannot go any higher".

I thought this was strange, because a later part Gervasius quest to the Northern Realm recommends that you be "Level 30 or higher" before attempting it.

So what IS the maximum level ?

This window appears if all of your attributes are at 100, I think. Was this the case? Or the skills?
