Playing the game I noticed I wasn't getting good modifiers like +5, I was getting around 2+/3+ so I started investing heavily in the armory skill and other not so useful skills trying to get +5 attributes on stats. I am level 10 and just started reading the forum and found out what I did was basically a waste of time. (i.e. trainers do not affect multipliers.)
Is there anyway to rest my points to re-allocate them with a trainer?

I don't think you can do it. Haven't found this option myself.
