First post here, so let me start out by praising the Nehrim team for this fantastic game(not mod)!

I have searched everywhere but I can't seem to find any information on where to begin the Fiery Welcome quest? Also, I have cleared "the last bastion of alcatraz" or something and found the Zerebelion key (but can't advance in there) before starting this quest line, so I hope this doesn't spoil anything (I have read that this quest line takes me past both these places towards the end).

Any help would be very appretiated!

Unfortunately I do not remember where exactly the quest starts.
But as far as I can remember following one of the main roads from Erothin you should be attacked by some enemies. Examining the nearby location (a chest?) something should explode and a quest Fiery Welcome should appear.

what is it you don't know? you know there is a quest named like this but how or where it begins at all?

you should travel on the road from erothin to ledur (or reverse) and examine a chest on the road...
