Is there any way to create multi-enchanted items?

you mean enchantment gems/crystals that have several spell effects assigned to them, or enchanting a weapon/armor/jewelry with many enchanting gems? the former is fairly easy, the latter. not so much so, perhaps impossible.

The second one, I'm afraid.
I was thinking about four empty left side enchant window slots and four levels of each magic schools . But maybe better not, to save game balance. Thank you for response.
