I'm currently doing the Path of the Gifted quest, and whenever I talk to Kreo he just says he has no time for strangers and the dialogue exits. I'm thinking this might be a bug... help?

Did you try talk to Kim first? Does your current queststage tell you to talk to Kreo?

...'Kay. Where can I find Kim, then? I've scoured the town, both at morning & night, and I can't find her/him. I've also checked the tower up the hill, but it's locked and can't be opened but by a key.

He should be in the town, eventually in the hidden corner behind a house.
