Why the Dialogue - by Maigrets

Hi, all,
I'm making my second animal companion which is a German Shepherd and will be a fighter unlike the cats.

I have a question if anyone knows the answer. :?:

When I made my House Cats for Nehrim I noticed in the details of the data files that there were several entries for dialogue for some unknown reason. The CS wouldn't allow me to "ignore" them, so I had to remove them from my plugin with TESGecko. When I first noticed it I looked at the dialogue in question and sure enough there was an "*" indicating it had been changed or touched, which it hadn't.

The locations are totally different for both companions. The cats are at the Arcane Sanctum and the dog is behind Tirin Abbey in the graveyard (unless I change my mind and move him.)

There's no reason I can see why this would happen, since I've never had anything like it in the Oblivion CS. I don't touch anything NPC related and I can make these companions almost in my sleep, I've made so many for personal and public use.

As I said I'm now on my second companion. All I've done so far is create his Form and place him in the world. Haven't done the AI, spells or scripts yet, but as you can see by the screen shot, the dialogue has popped up again. They are exactly the same entries as with my Cats mod so it's a bit odd indeed.

I don't want to leave it like that as that makes it a dirty mod, so again I'll fix it with TESGecko.

Any insight would be appreciated. :) It's not a big drama since I can fix it, but it shouldn't be happening in the first place. And I'm pretty sure I didn't touch that rock listed there, (but I may have), so that's another thing to remove. :)

Hi.

Hope you get an answer. Totally new to modding (started when started playing Nehrim), but noticed when converting clothes and armour, dialogue which showed as conflicts, but seem to have been generated by some generic duplicate. If you check any creature in game, not only dialogue for greetings, but combat etc. :?:

Thanks for the reply. :)
Like I said it's fixable, but very difficult to test that particular dialogue in game to see if it's affected. I'm about to convert a heap of armour, clothing and weapons for my own use so from what you're saying I'll come across this dialogue thing again :?:

Oh well, TESGecko to the rescue.

It's strange, I have the same dialogs in Details list. But considering that Nehrim is heavy modded, who knows? :?:
