Now I'm completing some quests for the monastery in north realm but I have many things unfinished in the middle realm especially in Erothin the light armors merchant has finished the silk robe.

I can return in the capital without fearing an attack from the soldiers?

Yes, you can! The soldiers won't attack you, BUT it's possible that the teleporter stones in the Middlerealm are blocked and you will have to get from the Monastery to Erothin by yourself (or by horse if you have one).
