How in the heck do i get more magicka, (besides advancing intelligence or willpower or whatever stat that is.) I ask this because I want to be a mage, hopefully a mage/archer. my magicka is very poor right now, and increasing that is really slow. Also, it barely adds to my Magicka. Is there any other way, (Without enchanting my armor... hopefully.)


While I'm on the subject or Magic (ka) is there any decent - good armor for a mage, or an Archer/Mage that you guy's can recommend. I'm lvl 5 right now (don't spas on me for my magicka at lvl 5, I've played the real game and got to lvl 70.) Any armor in Nehrim that is good for a Mage, or a Mage/Archer. (Mage first, if not archer; or both... ^_^)

So pretty much, to sum up; Anyone know a way to add to my magicka other than stats. And anyone know of good Mage/Archer armor/weapons.

Magicka increases like in Oblivion through your base Intelligence. Additionally in Nehrim only, Magicka increases 1 Point every level fuer each 10 Points Int over 40.
Tho that alone doesnt say much. Spells in Nehrim are a LOT cheaper to use then their Oblivion counterparts (comparing Nehrim runes with Alter custom spells). Damage spells use as much as 5x less mana, making your Manapool last a lot longer.
For Armour, i recommend the Magic Winds set. It got a unique feat that makes your mana regenerate by 12 point per seconds total (7+3+2), which is as about as much as having another 100 willpower when you got a mana pool of 450. Since regeneration depends on the pool, the effekt will lessen compared to willpower when getting a bigger mana pool, however, it will still stay significant if you ever get a base mana pool of 1000.

So, in short:

But what should I do with the stats. Should I go Agility, intelligence and Willpower? Or Agility Intelligence...

Also, where do I get said 'Magic Winds' Set? Oh last thing, should I get the staff too? I've hear that it's dissapointing and I want to be archer mix...

Im using Bow and Magic Winds set. The staff is just a staff with 70p Fire dmg and adds the last setbonus, but i prefer my bow.
Ive maxed Agility right after Intelligence (and con at 60, thats enough hp), then went for Willpower and then Quickness.
Just always sneak, if the enemy spots you, magic is more reliable in battle than a bow.

If by any chance (Noob question): Could you provide map marker images...? I'm not all that great at following directions in oblivion/Nehrim/Marrowind.

Also, what bow do you have, I just hit a jack pot shop, except. Barely anything in it is translated.
(For any mods or Nehrim owners.) The shop is In Erothin. Not very far in, as soon as you see Bradrick's coach keep going straight. There is a barred off door in the corner. Barely anything is translated in there.

Oh, it must be the Mastersmith i heard about. I yet have to visit him.
Anyways, im using a Custom Enchanted Sternlingsbow (i dunno how they are translated), so its nothing special at all.

What about the gauntlet (Hand.) Is there no peices for that? If not, what should I get for the hand?

The only thing it can tell you is lacations you havent been to yet. It doesnt reveal anything gamerelevant really. Its just to devide between initially know places, and places you discover. In the end its just a complete map.
