as a matter of fact I just pm'ed him a few days ago and he sent me the files

use the included ini and only activate English MA.esm
I haven't actually used it myself since I want to finish up Arktwend and I'm having a blast

NOTE: I'm fairly certain these are just the translation files, so you need to download MA separately
