The English translation is missing (it is in German) towards the end of the quest where you have to save the girl from the creatures. After you chose your weapon as a reward, the quest log shows the next objective in German.

Small things like the quest name would make the task easier for the team.
There is also a bug tracker. It is behind the "Nehrim Bugtracker" category here in the forum. Please use it.

But before you post the bug search it, someone may have added it already.
