You can get much money. I have nearly 200000 on the bank and 80000 with me.
If you explore all dungeons and the complette world there is no problem to become rich. There is also alchemy.

there is an amazing amount of money to be made from alchemy. selling crap armor adds up after awhile, too.

You can get really big bounty, you get achievements, and then just pay. You don't lose any stolen properties (I think, at least I didn't). And it's fun. I kinda have money problem, since I have a bounty of 20000 and it gets bigger all the time, since guards catch me, but I don't have the money to pay, nor interest in going to jail.
