I never found the one for Stonefield either. I just got to Erothin, so I can't help you. Is there a chruch? Most of the time, it seems the spell is sold by priests.
nope there is a church but none of the people there is selling the teleport spell and they don't even sell any spells atleast i didn't find any
When you entered Erothin there are "Magierhöhlen" There you can buy the teleportrune.
