Sure, i know that if i go dungeon crawling too much i get items too strong for my level... in most games this is not a problem because they have some kind of requirements that forces you to ether go for a certain build so you can use said items early, or just makes sure the average player won't get the god weapon of doom +5 in their hands at lvl 10.

I've recently hit lvl 19, and have been using steel/silver weapons, long swords doing 25 ~ 30 odd dmg, claymores doing 35 ish and the Axe you get from the 'magical forged weapon' quest line, doing around 40.. i felt, ok strong, sometimes getting a sword that were a little better... still hoping for a new decent warhammer which are... way to few of... (why? : < seams most stuff i find are ether swords or armor/armor sets intended for mages.. >.>) aaanyway.
i did a do do and ran through the zenbillion, tho i got the feeling it was quest reated as the path through the portal was blocked. i did however find.. a friggin 1 h AXE (just a tad bit over short sword in str) that almost doubled the dmg done by my 1h sword, doing 50+++ dmg.. now.. that just messes everything up for me, why would i use my 2h weapon anymore? sure power attacks are stronger, i think... but, it is kinda off putting.

the jist of my rant is, 1: make more 2h dungeon lewt, having absurd dmg is fine as long as it is, say a warhammer/battleaxe/2h sword since, well you don't have your shield and you're slower... so more power = balanced. Ofcourse, i might find just that in the next 3 dungeons i do...
2: is it impossible to have some form of requirement? blade/blunt level, str/agility level, or even a level cap? the latter i'm not partial to. This would make you have to work towards a spesific goal, and we all know the joy is in the work... slowly getting closer to using that awesome weapon, so that when you can, it is more balanced and it won't feel so wrong.
3: I'm gonna find horridly overpowered weapons arent I? i'm gonna have to consider maxing difficulty arent i... i'm gonna die in 4 hits from a normal enemy then arent i... x)

PS .... still NO ONE who knows if crafting weapons over iron ingot is possible? wth..

How difficult was it for you to clear Zerbilion? I've been finding that loot strength is pretty well matched to dungeon difficulty, I got my silver shortsword at about lvl10 because I fought through a higher level dungeon although I guess it will flatten out at the end of the curve.

For your last line, if your asking if iron ingots can be used to forge weapons, yes, once your armourer is skill is lvl50 activate an anvil with the iron ingot and some tongs then you can choose what type of weapon although it will just be steel so not much use to you now. You can make other ones with higher skills

Uhm, not that difficult, i was around lvl 17 i think at the time, maybe lower. i had descent gear and weapons, avg 30-40 dmg. i could deal with 2ish mobs ar a time, but the lich like ones with claymores made my str draining enchantment backfire on me >_> also the boss was a task to beat, had to keep him silenced or i'd get parahax and die. but still, that 50 dmg AXE was kinda obnoxious, i don't use it now, i will when i get a 60-70 dmg warhammer... if i use it now, i will never use my claymore/warhammer.

and no, i said over iron ingot... as in craft from silver/gold/thorium/obsidian ingots to make better wepons. or is this planned to be patched into the game later?

Better than iron crafting is not implemented yet and will be delivered in a patch.

i was around lvl 22 (middle diff) when i got The Armagedon, and now i found out in another thread that this is the best sword in game

well glad i finally know what the deal with crafting is, hope the patch will come soon x)

Oh and.. did you follow the main quest to get it? or was it hidden in some obscure ruin? Because, if you want to balance it, since we do not have requirements for weapons in this game.. you should ether have it unlocked as part of the late game main quests, or have it as the final reward in a string of optional/illusive quests, like finding a book in a side quest ruin that hints to a hidden entrance in a unnamed mountain overlooking etc etc, under a rock or what have you an entrance... then follows a intense dungeon with multiple mini bosses and some sort of mythical end boss... bow that would be... boss.

I just don't want to stumble upon it while exploring randomly like i like to do... atm i'm still at the "reqruit the guard in the capitol" main quest, but i've explored the middle real a fair bit and was thinking i'd do the mechanical side quest before i did the main quest. so if it is at least tied into the main quest, i don't have to worry so much.

Oh an idea for requirements... you know how in oblivion, certain items could be delivered as part of a quest, and then you would recieve another? how about you make strong weapons (named ones at least) have such a requirement, say the weapon were found in a "rusty" or "bound" state, and then you could return to say, a smith or what have you who would inform you through the "require a stronger champion" quest type found in daedra statues in oblivion, that you did not meet the level requirement, say have the smith option to "reforge" or w/e say "requires lvl 12" etc.

Another solution is to use the current spell rune system and the spell rank system. you would find a broken weapon (misc item) and upon clicking on it, you were informed that you require weapon/armor mastery I-VII. which, depending on what limitations you guys have with the engine, would be unlocked ether by level, or by a combination of blade/blunt/block/heavy/light armor/marksman and str/end/agility etc. level requirement would be enough, but it would be very cool (and give real incentive to build your character a certain way) if your journal could tell you the requirements to advance to a higher mastery... say "weapon mastery III blade 50 - blunt 50 - Marksman 40 STR 60 Agility 40" or "weapon mastery VII - blade 100 blunt 100 block 75 Marksman 100 STR 100 Agility 80" and same logic for armor mastery, which would also include block. Each mastery allows you to click on the misc weapon/armor item and add it to its respective inventory tab since you have now "mastered it"

Idk... good idea? bad? because i always hated in oblivion how any weapon and gear could be used once you got it... mean honestly, a 30 str breton mage using a deadric warhammer weighing in at 80 or some odd weight units... Please impliment weapon stats to balance and give the added joy of character builds... At least my second suggestion might be possible, as long as it is possible to edit the spell tome string to add to invt instead of your spellbook.

I have one very important question - where I can find good 1h sword? Actually I have bastard longsword form Mountain Sanctuary but I thin kthat We Can find better swords (like this that is show in menu?).Im now lvl 21 but dont have Idea where I can find better 1h sword that looks pretty:P.(bastard design sux:F).

hmm well, i found one with a nice design, its called fine steel sword or something.. but got a ornament design.. if memories serve, i found it in a cave south of zenbillion, or in zenbillion itself. it has an enchantment, dmg health 5 points.. so it won't feel too OP, and it is about 30% stronger than a bastard sword.

That sword whith is showm in main game menu - we can get him from MQ or from dungeon??

you can craft a pretty good longsword of your own and then sharpen it as well, its a pretty good sword for early levels, but there are far better swords, silver swords are good, the sword i have been using for most of the game is a star sword, i got it at a very early level so its been kind of overpowered, i'm level 21 right now but have had it since level 12 or so, i got it in a place called death pass, i don't remember how to get there. My advice is just to explore i have found tons and tons of armor and weapons.
