I have downloaded Nehrim onto my computer without putting it into the program files as specified (I have vista sp 2). I have a direct2drive copy of Oblivion and all of the patches have been installed. However whenever I click on the Nehrim icon on my computer it says that the disk is required. Now this is a problem since because my copy of Oblivion is a digital download I obviously do not have a disk to put into my computer. Do I follow the same rules that were specified for those with a steam version of the game or is the problem I am having different?

Well, i would assume that cracking the game should work, also i've heard rumors that you need to copy the crack to both oblivon and nehrim forlders.

(ps, always save the original exe)
