The Key To Cleanliness Quest - by JoeK

Quest spoilers ahead:

[+]: The bathhouse owner in Erothin's key can be retrieved with telekinesis, but I wanted to try to figure out how to do it the usual way. I went into the sewers, explored them fully, and still don't understand how I'm supposed to get the key from down there. Any tips?

[+]: I think the telekinesis is the only way to get it. Your journal mentions the Fence anyway.
