I'm level 6 and i have a problem I don't know where to go without being owned by one bear or one armored crab. I don't know what to do - go to the sanctuary on level 6 or make some quests?

You can avoid the armored crabs. As for the young black bears, they should be easy on level 6.

Tactics: run back and wave around with a longsword.

Once you have some experience with killing young black bears, you can get to Erothin, to the Sanctum, to Stonefield etc.

Simply clean out the starters area in terms of dungeons. if you see a dungeon on your map, enter it. and kill everything in it.

Nets good XP, and you'll get your first item set that way. (Plate/Rogue/Robe)

Also, bears are quite easy. Simply slash. walk backwards, slash again. walk backwards.. etc.. try to dodge its strikes. I have heavy armour and still manage to dodge most attacks, if your a mage or rogue character dodging should be a piece of cake.

If you're facing armored crabs you might have headed too far for your level. I'd stay in the starting valley for several levels, except you can make a quick dash to sanctuary to get some spells if you want. I did that. At level 6 you should be able to handle the various wanted criminals in Gillad(sp?). You could also do several of the steps of the quest involving your character's background. I assume you've been to the Abbey...Of course, you can just jump on a rock and kill that crab too, they give wonderful XP to a low level character. I think I got 280 xp for killing them at level 7. Choices, choices, choices

280XP is for the Ganga crabs, which he probably has not encountered yet. And I wouldn't try them on level 6 except by exploits...
The criminals also are pretty tough for level 6. If you want to level up, try shadow wolves (require some attention but otherwise are very well killable) and other stuff around Stonefield. Also moss creepers (or however they are called) give very good loot and can be fought if you are careful enough to avoid their spells.

How much of a beginner are you ?
What type of character are you wanting to play ?
I've been playing this time round as a sneak/archer ( bows are much better levelled than in oblivion ).
I also make sure to go up +5 in endurance and agility the first few levels ( takes a couple of minutes ).
If you make a run to the Sanktum, you should not come across too many enemies and can buy youself some spells.

I found armored crabs near Gillad. I ran away and finished first bounty mission. When i tried to do the second one, i was killed by young brown bear (much worse than black young bears, they are easy). That's why i asked what to do.

I'm lv 7 for now, i found 3 places that i didn't see before. But i can't find these 3 sets, i have only 2 pieces from warrior set and one from thieves set.

All the parts of the rogue/warrior/mage sets at the start are quite easy to collect. there are loads of duplicates spread out. Like I said, simply clean every dungeon in the south of the middle realm and you'll have it. PLUS a load of XP, in no time.

Later sets are much harder to collect, I am L31 now and still have 2 unfinished plate sets that I haven't found completely.
