I have 22 hours playing Nehrim, and still don't get that spells, can I buy that spells? or are a quest reward?

The Sanctum sells spells. So do some monks.

Never seen any NPC selling mark/recall from beginning to all Sanctum.

Oops, I forgot the topic title, thought it was about any spells.
Larthana in the icy region north(?) of the Sanctum (across the lake, behind the Aureal ruins) sells them.

Thanks, I got the spells, but they also use a teleport rune, so ... my original idea of save gold with that spells, it's gone.
