OK, copy and paste the Textures folder from Nehrim\Data to your desktop. Now copy and paste the Textures folder from Oblivion\Data to Nehrim\Data. Don't be afraid to overwrite the files. You have the backup Nehrim Textures folder on your desktop (this is what I told you to do first). Try the game now, and see if the textures are there.
