First, congratulations to developers for making this extensive total conversion project. Now, to the issue:
I don't know why, but I am unable to start a new game. The main menu seems to work perfectly, with music, background and everything, but as I try to start a new game and the game asks me to confirm if I want to start a new game - which I do - nothing happens. The game doesn't crash, freeze or anything; it simply doesn't go anywhere from the main menu.
I have the newest Oblivion patch installed on a fresh install, so what's up?
This is the first time I am trying Nehrim (English version, that is), so please, help me solve this issue!

Try all the steps listed in the ReadMe file under "Help, the game will not start".
