I saw the previous post about this, and I have waited three hours, and the installer still won't run. My computer just lags out for a second, then nothing really happens. However I looked in windows task manager, and saw that the installer was running in the processes. I am fairly frustrated. Its been a long night of trying to figure this out. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

thats what happened to me ... so i checked the internet ... and you need a new .exe intstaller. from tech sites or windows

This installer tries to load itself completely into your RAM before it makes itself visible. So it may take quite a while (some users reported 30min) if your RAM is not large enough. Sorry, patience seems to be the only solution here, short of manually unpacking the installer with innounp and doing everything by hand.
