So i've just installed this and everything seems to work fine.
I read that the english language patch is due around july/august.

I want to start playing and my german is quite reasonable, but my english is much better and I'd like to start this game in english.

Is there are more specific date when the english patch is ready?

I think they were talking about the end of august being a reasonable date to release the English language patch.
