I know that there are plans to fully voice an English translation, but will English subtitles for the German version be released before the English voiced version?

Afaik there won't be any English voice version, just the subtitle one.

Well, in Planetelderscrolls they Excepted that it's also voice, they translate, and in modbb they said: "We are currently working on an English version with translated texts and German voice acting and are making good progress. We estimate that the English version will be available in July or August." I don't know what they mean with that.

I can confirm, having applied to be an English version voice actor, that the English translation will be text only, no English dub. They did say they'd welcome a mod for that but wouldn't be taking it on themselves. Doesn't bother me since the German VA seems stellar enough as it is, it'll be like watching a foreign film hehe!

Well, doesn't bother me much, except that I played Oblivion without subtitles, and I didn't need to watch what they say, I listened. But it's ok, I understand that it's too big job to do for sureAI.
