We all know Nehrim suffers from its fair amount of crashes and freezes, but usually they are one-off affairs. This time, however, I've been stuck at the trapped hallway section of the Soul Flayer Teple gauntlet (MARVELLOUS dungeon by the way, simply astounding what you did with the engine there!). Near the very end, when Nara commands us to move "forward" for the last time, there's one specific tile that inevitably makes the game freeze when walked upon. I suspect it has something to do with this comment by JustChill regarding a "bigger collision mesh", but I am in fact using his UNF mod and still ran into this issue, so if this is the case he seems to have identified the bug without completely fixing it.

PSA for anyone else stuck there: The only way I managed to advance was by using tcl with the console to circumnavigate the corrupted tile, but be careful to only do this *after* Nara gives his last command (which I suspect triggers a script to unlock the door ahead).

Thank you for reporting the error, we were not aware of it until now.
If the bug also occurs in a mod-free version, it would need a save before the object and if possible a hint which object it is exactly.
However, we no longer patch Nehrim as it is already over 10 years old (there will also be no more patches for the Steam version).
A possible bug could unfortunately only be fixed by a mod, if someone can be found for it.

As already written in the German section, we cannot support mods, only their creators
(you can find the contact address of JustChill in the Nexus or in our Discord if you want to try).

PS: Nara is probably Narathzul Arantheal?

I'm well aware, but I find it useful to report things like this online anyway. For one, JustChill might get back to his unofficial fixes one day, but I think it is also helpful for other players to find common bugs and workarounds online. You don't have to feel obliged to address it.
