When the timer we have to chase and kill Oslian really starts? After we kill the Master Smith *OR* after we read the "Diary of the Master Blacksmith" book?
I'm asking because I'm almost over-encumbered inside Steel Rail Mine and I'd like to take my time to better prepare myself for the fight. I need to wear the good pieces of armor we find inside the mine (Berserker Helmet, Berserker Shield, etc) as well as selling/storing loot in Giliad, and possibly doing some training before the fight.

EDIT: Never mind!! The timer to kill Oslian only starts when we read the aforementioned book. I had all the time to ferry items/loot out of the Steel Rail Mine before reading it
