Hey, guys!

I have a problem. When I try to enter the Courthouse to talk to Julius (I wanna buy a house), the loading bar gets full and than the game stucks and takes "not responding" status when I check it by Ctrl+Alt+Del. Quest is active now. I tried previous saves - thought my actual is corrupt - it took no effect.

What do I do now? I've attached the save files.

For everyone else with this problem: this is a rare bug that has not yet been fixed.
Solution: wait three ingame days for the cell to reset.

I am loving Nehrim, it is like playing Oblivion for the first time with everything new and undiscovered. It would have been a real shame had this bug prevented me from purchasing a house.

I went into an indoor cell and waited for three times one day + one hour.

After that I could enter the Courthouse to buy the player home without any issue.
