The game worked perfectly so far. I am in Castle Dal'Galar. When I try to examine the crystal nothng happens. Calia seems frozen. She will follow me around BUT will not follow me into the room with the crystal. Nor can I speak or engage with her in any way. Is there any way I could reset the quest or fix this. Any help would be aprreciated.

Can you give us a current saved games and a 2nd before you meet Calia at the Frostcliff Tavern.
(or if necessary the 2nd, just before entering the castle Dal'Galar)
Savegames are located in: C:\Users\...\Documents\my games\Enderal\Saves , we need always the -.skse- and the -.ess file.
Because -.skse cannot be uploaded directly, it is best to put both files in an archive ( e.g. zip/raw/7z ) and then attach them here below.
(please do not choose Auto- or Quicksave, but a manually saved)

Did you use any mods or cheats? if so, which?

The are the mods I used.
Balanced Treasures, disenchanted, Interesting Mod, katapumb spell package, Better Ark Market, Enderal market place house, Teleport spells, two enchantments, tommy, trinkets on neck and fast travel.

Cheat wise is money and ingots.

The only other save I have is way before the angel quest. When I was in the forgotten cave as part of the tommy mod.

The game was working flawlessly until I enter the left tower.

Please send us also the associated skse files as Stefanie described (you have to pack them as zip, rar ... -see above- as the forum software does not accept the skse format)

Did you possibly use cheats, e.g. to get back to "Half Moon Island" later? (or something similar)
It could also happen through some mods.

Your timescale ingame is broken. Some quest triggers were also not triggered correctly.

Ideal in your case would be either a savegame before using cheats or mods.
Or at least a saved game directly before entered the Main gate of castle DalGalar.

Then enter you the following in the console: (This only helps at this point, please do not use this cheat in other situations)

This should at least fix your timescale in the current savegame.
