I play two-handed char and I use Fury-Driven perk (health regeneration while fighting with two-handed waepon). It worked perfectly. After some time I tried to restore my health by "fighting" some weak and slow opponent and I noticed I don't have any regeneration. Combat mode (music involved) doesn't start. So I was testing a bit and the combat mode turns on very rarely. For me about 1 in 5 fights. Enemy is always shown as red dot on the radar. It's weird because food doesn't restore my health in this half combat mode. So I searched posts and I found the music problem description - about not starting combat music. My level can be a problem (it's 50)? So the game doesn't start combat music against low level enemies but also doesn't start combat mode?

I am not sure if I understood everything correctly
I tested your save.
Health regeneration perk works without problems. No matter whether with or without an opponent when using your two-handed weapon.
Combat music is supposed to be a warning. If you have an opponent who is well below your level (50!), it will not sound because it is not a challenge for you.
Food only works outside of combat mode.
So I think everything works correctly for you as intended.

In this video you are wearing a one hand weapon and a shield and no two hand weapon (for your perk)...
So of course you have no regeneration.
The skill only works with two-handed weapons.

It is a one hand weapon which you can also use with both hands (for more damage). Otherwise you could not wear a shield.

Did you ever have mods installed?

In what language do you play (English?)?

Also check your game with steam.

I installed the game on steam 6th january 2020. Earlier I was playing non steam version on completely different computer, so it's brand new version.

Never installed a single mod for Enderal.

Only English version.

Just checked files. It said that could't verify - downloading new files. So I started one more time - verified successfully.

Now it works like a charm
