The quest "Song in the Silence" never started for me and I have completed the other two Blackstone quests. I even did some side quests and slept some to see if it was a time thing but no avail. I've seen a few fixes to use "startquest" or "setstage" (or something like that) to force the console but I've either doing it wrong or they just don't work for my game. I admit I've given myself some items and xp to make the game easier but other than that I haven't messed with the game. It should be running as administrator as well. No mods. Please help, I've uploaded a save file as I've seen that requested in other posts. Thanks in advance for your time.

We had the same problem in the German part of the forum (here).

You can start the quest using the console.

setstage MQ11c 5 (note the space between c and 5!)

With me it worked with your save.
