Quest not starting - by Froddobagins

I did a new installation of Enderal and completed the quest it starts with the dream however the diamond doesn't get filled and I'm not given a new quest the new beginnings I don't know if its a game issue or a bug I could not find any answer's online. If anyone knows of a fix I would love to know. Thanks for your help.

is this the same issue?

So I just started playing enderal on Pc (normally a console player but it isn’t on console)
so I just escaped the temple and no new quest started.
From what I have looked up A New Beginning was supposed to start. Is there anyway to fix this?

apparently there was a bug in the new patch, it should be fixed now

reload a save before leaving the initial tutorial dungeon called "Abandoned Temple" and everything should work properly.
