I wanted to install this game without the usage of Steam. I went and looked at the FAQ:

• Where can I download the non-Steam Version of Enderal?
  All needed information can be found on Enderal Website. As soon as the Steam version is release, we highly recommend using it.

So, where do I download the mod (and its DLC, preferably) without using Steam?

There is no way to play Enderal legally without steam
Enderal was always bound to Steam. Also the first version.
Even if you could download them without Steam.

I see. It would've been fair if the FAQ stated as such.
