Sorry if this question has been asked before or elsewhere (i'm sure it must have been) but can someone please provide a link or an explanation on how to update to the latest version of Enderal?
I played the game through before Forgotten stories came out and before it was all linked to Steam. I have a Steam account but I am not finding a link to update Enderal or 'get' the latest version (yes, I know you have to start all over)

Do you want to play the "old" version of Enderal (Shards of Order) or Enderal Forgotten Stories with advanced content (requires Skyrim 32 bit on steam)?
The old version is updated as before via the launcher (but there are no new patches).
Enderal FS automatically at game start via steam (if you have not disabled that there).
No links are needed.

You can not update the old version of Enderal to Forgotten Storys. You do not need that anymore and have to completely reinstall the game via steam.
It also has a new launcher.

I understand that I cannot update Shards of Order to Forgotten Stories. I still have Shards installed, however. I'm a little worried that there will be a conflict. ??
Thank you for the link to the Steam install. Is that it? Just "install"? Does FS uninstall SoO automatically?

There is no conflict between the old and the new version.
Enderal FS gets its own folders (program and saves) with the Steam version and does not overwrite your Skyrim installation anymore.
You can now play Skyrim and Enderal in parallel without much effort.
Basically, you can uninstall your old version (manually!). FS contains everything and offers new content.
Old saves do not work anymore with Enderal FS!
And yes, all you have to do is to click install

Thanks. that about covers it...
Except...is there a link to restore my old original Skyrim (complete with my save games, etc..) I always kind of regretted and missed not being able to revisit Skyrim..Just walking down some of those roads in the south. Made me want to explore just for the sightseeing.
OH! one other question, I had a mod --"Better Jumping" that I really liked in SoO. Will it work in FS?

You can restore Skyrim in the old launcher under "change installation" .
But not your saves unless you've backed them up manually or in the steam cloud.
But sometimes that did not work out in the past. I would rather reinstall it (and previously delete all the rest folders manually).
We generally do not support mods (even though the workshop is now available). That's a question for the modder or you have to test it.
If problem arise we can not help there unfortunately.
