As the title says I want to figure out how to make a parallel and also redirect the game's save folder to a custom folder, I have a project in mind that will require such features but can't lose my main install of Oblivion due to another mod I am working on. I have tried googling results but by the nine has it failed me, so I turn to the forums of the amazing people that made Enderal and Nehrim. I am thankful for any replies and may Talos guide thee.

there is a "Enderal Switcheroo" which might be customizable to your needs.
it was made for switching between Enderal and Skyrim (before the Steam release)

if that doesn't work it would probably be easiest to copy and manually rename the used folders when needed.
C:\Users\YOURNAME\AppData\Local\Oblivion is where the mods loadorder is stored
C:\Users\YOURNAME\Documents\My Games\Oblivion being your saves

can't help you with your gamefolder
