Hi,
I've just reached Riverville and I cant interact with Silas. He did not approached me when I saw him for the first time. Tried with disable/enable/resetAi but it did not helped at all. Any idea what can be wrong? I play Enderal:FS

I do not have any mods which affects scripts. I use only textures mods and Enable Wait no heal but used it a lot during first playthrough and never had any issue.

did you try an earlier save without "Enable Wait no heal"?
(sidenote - if "texture mods" includes "enhanced Blood" please only use the textues itself, not the meshes or *.esp)

if that doesn't work, could you please attach a savegame (no auto- or quicksave),
in which you didn't try any cheats yet?
they're found in (...\Documents\My Games\Enderal). we'll need the *.ess and the *.skse file;
pack both to a zip/rar/whatever archive, the forum doesn't accept *.skse.

Well I use enchanced blood and I have esp enabled. I've disabled it but it did not changed anything.
I tried with saves where I did not used console for dislable/enable npc.

Unfortunately I dont have saves where I did not used enable wait not heal :/.

Saves earlier than 27 are before I've reached Riverille if I remember correctly and I've did not used any cheats at that time.
I will leave this quest for now. I do not want to play with setstage etc.

the Enhanced Blood Textures esp should "leave" anyways
it uses scripts that cause at least a plotstopper in the mainquest

Is it enough for me to disable all mods? Especially the one for blood textures - i do not want to bug another playthrough... If I'm loading my saves without mods, I got message that savefiles requires them but I can load game anyway.

I've loaded game without kids of enderal and it did not changed anything with Silas. Then I've disabled all mods and it was ok but Silas was wearing only his pants... I started testing all mods one by one and the guilty one is... Static Mesh Improvement Mod. No idea why though :/. I love SMIM and well I will be sad if I have to disable it;p.

The message when you load a save mods are disabled is completely normal. This is not a mistake.

We were able to continue playing with your save number 31 without mods.

Which mod makes a problem you have to test. I suggest first disable enhanced blood.
Disable one after another until you know which has caused a problem.

I have found that SMIM is causing problems! To be honest I do not know why...
I've disable all mods except SMIM and I cculd not interact with Silas.
I've enabled all mods and disabled SMIM and I could talk with Silas (he was not aproaching me like usual but that probably I was allready standing near him).

So for 100% it is SMIM.
With Realistic HD Misc and Realistic HD Food enabled everything is fine. Maybe I will try play with SMIM to check what is causing this problem. Do you have any idea what can be wrong with SMIM?

is there an up to date patch for Enderal?
(are you using that?)

I do not see any patch for Enderal. I will try do custom install of SMIM and see which option corrupt Silas .
