I am experiencing a bug where Daddy in the quest "A nice day in summer" will not start the conversation when I enter the cabin. He just stands there an does nothing. Is this a common problem and how might I go about fixing this? I have already tried verifying the integrity of my local files, but that was still to no avail.

do you have any mods installed?
if so, deactivate them and load and earlier save.

otherwise please attach a save game (documents/mygames/enderal/saves)
we'll need the *.ess and the *.skse of an manual save game.

There are no mods whatsoever outside of what is already in Enderal. It is a brand new install. In fact, I tried reinstalling the game after seeing this issue occur once before. I've managed to get it to progress a tad bit by repeatedly saving and reloading.

If you don't use mods or extra tools (and haven't changed any other settings),
I would check the installation for errors via Steam.
