During fighting, my game client is dropping to probably 4 frames per second at some points. I am also experiencing some dropped frames simply walking around the overworld.

I have all the settings at their lowest values, VSYNC is on and both of the optimization plugins are active.

Is there some option I am missing? Please let me know if any further info is needed, though I should mention my PC specs are absolutely fine for running Skyrim and even most current games like Apex Legends, Resident Evil 2 Remake etc.

you could try to disable ENBoost and/or OneTweak and vsync.
also, verify your game files to make sure there's nothing wrong on that end

your pc specs would be good to know though

Surprisingly for me, turning OFF the optimization features has almost entirely fixed the issue!
