Are there any chances that I could restart a questline with console commands without restarting the whole game or like a day worth of playing? If I can, I would like to restart Rhalata questline

no, there aren't

please (for your own good) don't try.
even if you somehow succeed,
you will run into nothing but problems, we will absolutely look up your post history,
and we will not touch these issues even with a 10 foot pole

Ah okay Then I accept the facts and when I have time I will replay that whole part or accept that ending.
I know most of the times you would get bugs only in Skyrim as well by using restarting commands. If I would have bugs from this I should know better than complaining about on forums and waiting for help
